Team ‘ADS’ all set to cycle 100 miles!
Rob, Ross, Simon, Andy & Rahoul have signed up for the ‘ADS’ Charity places at the Prudential Ride London to Surrey 100 miles on 30th July 2017. Find out why and support their amazing efforts.
Rob: “We are going to cycle 100 miles – further than any of us have ever cycled before – in support of Alzheimers Dementia Support (ADS). This is about twice the distance we have cycled before which is going to mean a fair amount of time training. ADS is a local charity that is doing tremendous work in and around Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Slough and Langley. It provides advice and service to all those in the community directly and indirectly affected by dementia to improve the lives. It’s a cause I feel strongly about as I’ve seen the huge effect dementia has. As the disease affects an ever-increasing number of people, the work of a charity like ADS is invaluable in raising awareness and bringing joy, freedom and even normality to those who may otherwise feel trapped and cut off. ”100 miles for ADS
