    Multi Lingual Dementia Awareness Advisor, Yasmein Mahmood, will be also be attending a number of surgeries in Maidenhead, Slough and Langley on a weekly basis and is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

Multi Lingual Dementia Awareness Trainer, Yasmein Mahmood, is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu and will be attending a number of surgeries in Maidenhead, Slough and Langley on a weekly basis.

    Here is an outline of Yasmein’s schedule but please note that it is subject to change.

    Mondays:

    • Manor Park Surgery, 2 Lerwick Drive, Slough SL1 3XU – every 1st Monday of the month 9.30am -12.30pm.
    • Ragstone Road, 40 Ragstone Road, Slough SL1 2PY – every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9.30am -12.30pm.
    • Bharani Medical Centre, Cordwallis Road, Maidenhead, SL6 7DQ – every 3rd Monday of the month 9.30am – 12.30pm.

    Tuesdays:

    • Langley Health Centre, Common Road, Langley, SL3 8LE – every 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month 9.30am – 12.30pm
    • Farnham Road Surgery, 301 Farnham Road, Slough SL2 1HD – every 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month 2pm – 4.45pm
    • Bharani Medical Centre, 16-18 Lansdown Road, Slough,SL1 3SJ – every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month 2pm – 4.45pm
