Jack Reynolds is proving to everyone that age is just a number (even if it is a big one!)

He holds many Guinness World Records:
Oldest Person (104) to get a Tattoo
Oldest Person (105) to ride a Rollercoaster
Oldest Person (106) to ride a Zipline

(At 102 he even completed the Ice-Bucket challenge in just his 🇬🇧 boxers)

He is looking to complete his 4th Guinness World Record on his 107th birthday live on Good Morning Britain on April 8th. He has very kindly chosen us as the charity that benefits from his unquenching thirst for life.

If you would like to spur him on check out his page: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/jack-reynolds5

Music makes it a beautiful day.

Singing and tapping our feet never fails to lift our spirits and energise us.

Dementia may make it difficult to keep hold of new information but when it is paired with music and repetition it is still possible to learn new songs.
