Well tell him about the Men's Matters group who meet weekly in #Langley, Maidenhead and Windsor, Berkshire.

Isolation and inactivity dramatically increase the risk of poor heath for everyone (including dementia, depression, diabetes and heart disease).

So let's stay well and get out together.

Alzheimers Dementia Support

We've been playing dominoes at the #Langley Drop In on a Tuesday afternoon at Holy Family Langley.

The over-sized tiles make it easier for everyone around the table to see & pick up, but they also make it so much more fun to play.

Likes, they are more than just a click of a button.
Every time you like, comment or share on one of our posts you:
✔️ Showing us you have seen the post
✔️ That you think the post is good/interesting/useful

But more importantly you are:
👍 Spreading awareness of the charity to your other friends

👍 Supporting for your local community

👍 Breaking down the stigma around dementia because you are openly talking (liking/sharing) about it and you never know who may be struggling in silence because they do not know where to turn.

And it is for these reasons we are truly grateful for your contribution to our page.
